CIRCULAR NOTE N ° 0850-2021 / MS / DC / SGM / DNSP / SP, FROM THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH dated Friday, September 10, 2021 relating to the methods of carrying out PCR tests for COVID-19 in health establishments, at the convention center and on the VIP site.
Everyone is aware that the PCR test for COVID-19 has been integrated into the routine activities of health facilities since May 1, 2021. This test is carried out free of charge for suspected cases of COVID-19.
For people wishing to take a convenient PCR screening test, arrangements have been made to make it available at public and private health facilities, on the Palais des Congrès and VIP sites at the following prices:
– Palais des congrès and health facilities: 25,000 F CFA
– VIP site: 50,000 F CFA
In addition, everyone is reminded that vaccination against COVID-19 is free throughout the national territory.
The departmental directors of health and the heads of public and private health facilities are each responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions of this circular note which takes effect from the date of signature.
