Some 100 mobile staff of the local authority for elections (IRIE) in Tataouine continue the updating process of the eletoral register.
Twenty offices were set up to this end to help the citizens update their data and partake in the local elections.
The data of over 6,000 citizens out of 31,000 registered voters, have been updated till October 15, IRIE Coordinator in Tataouine Taher Aouini told TAP.
The Tataouine governorate counts 64 localities and 69 constituencies, he indicated, adding that the Borj El Kadhra locality in Remada delegation has only 1 voting centre and 28 voters.
