‘We have a rate of achievement of objectives which varies between 35 and 65%, but the overall rate of execution of our contract of objectives at mid-term is 47.68%,’ declared Minister Émile Zerbo, at his exit from the audience with the head of government.
According to the minister, a certain number of constraints hampered the execution of the missions assigned to his department, but he reassures that, with the lifting of these constraints, particularly budgetary ones, “we will return at the end of the year with a perfect rate “.
