The fourth edition of Nafzawa International Geriatrics Days came to a close on Sunday.
The two-day event, which addressed the topic of endocrine disorders, was held by My Health and the Development of Medicine, a civil society organisation based in Kébili.
Dr. Zina Hfaidh, President of My Health and the Development of Medicine, said this is a key event in Southern Tunisia which was organised in collaboration with the Maghreb Academy for Medicine of Ageing And the Tunisian Geriatric Society.
A number of lectures by endocrinologists from France, Belgium and Tunisia topped the agenda of this fourth edition. This in addition to six workshops attended by over 120 medics and paramedics from Kébili and other governorates.
Guests from Algeria also attended the event.
