Candidates in the first round of local elections should file their single bank account statement opened for the electoral campaign with the Court of Auditors within a period not exceeding 45 days, starting January 24, in compliance with Organic Law No. 16 of 2014 on elections and referendums.
This procedure applies only to the 6,177 candidates who ran election campaigns in the first round of the elections.
It does not apply to candidates chosen by sortition.
