Manouba run-off elections: candidates in South-Denden focus on communitarian companies

The two candidates for the run-off local elections in South Denden locality Moez Mouelhi and Slaheddine Ben Taleb both pledged to address youth unemployment, promote local development, and initiate communitarian companies.

In the first round, they secured 96 and 54 votes, respectively.

Candidate Moez Mouelhi, a 51 year-old entrepreneur, commits to effectively addressing residents’ expectations and concerns, bolstering entrepreneurship for development, advancing environmental conditions, establishing a weekly market in Cité 3 Août, rehabilitating infrastructure, and encouraging the launch of communitarian companies.

On the other hand, candidate Slaheddine Ben Taleb, a 59 year-old manager at the Tunisian post, promised to facilitate professional support for the youth, streamline procedures for establishing communitarian companies, establish a “producer to consumer” market, build a primary health centre, enhance school facilities, create green zones, and implement public transportation stations in the region
