Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Nabil Ammar, has called on the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF) to take action to put an end to the ongoing aggression against the Palestinian people, in accordance with the organisation’s founding principles. In a speech delivered at the 44th session of the OIF Ministerial Conference on Saturday in Yaoundé, the Minister stressed the need for urgent international action to bring about a ceasefire in the occupied Palestinian territories and to ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza. Nabil Ammar also called for support for the Palestinian people to regain their legitimate rights. The head of Tunisian diplomacy reiterated Tunisia’s firm stance on the just Palestinian cause and its unconditional support for the brotherly Palestinian people. He reiterated Tunisia’s firm condemnation of the atrocities committed against the Palestinians before the eyes of the international community.
