President Kais Saied, on Monday, dismissed Bechir Kthiri, the CEO of the Grain Office. He is replaced by Saloua Ben Hadid Zouari, according to a press release issued by the Presidency of the Republic.
The Head of State has also asked the Minister of Justice to take legal action against all speculators in the distribution of grain and other products whose prices have risen to unprecedented levels.
This action is in line with the provisions of Decree No. 2022-14 of March 20, 2022 on the fight against illegal speculation, the Presidency said.
