The progress of the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD) projects, worth TND 500 million, was the focus of a working session chaired by Minister of Education Mohamed Ali Boughdiri on Thursday.
The meeting shed light on the various components of this programme, which includes the construction of primary schools, expansion and rehabilitation projects for schools with a budget of TND 344 million, the acquisition of equipment and hardware (TND 48 million) and digital services (TND 80 million).
The Minister of Education stressed the need to complete these projects in order to ensure a successful school year and to strengthen the education sector in terms of infrastructure, equipment and services.
