Businessman Ridha Charfeddine was remanded in custody on the night of last Friday to Saturday on the basis of an arrest warrant issued by an investigating judge at the Anti-Terrorism Judiciary, said Jamel Hajji, a member of the businessman’s defence team. Hajji added in a statement to TAP on Sunday that his client was detained for 48 hours, noting that this period ends on Tuesday morning. He also said that by the end of this period, a decision will be made on his client’s appearance and hearing or his release. !3Politics!4
