Tunisia dispatches rescue teams to quake-stricken Morocco

Tunisia is sending civil protection teams on Saturday evening to Morocco to aid rescue and search efforts in the wake of the strong earthquake that struck Al Haouz, central Morocco, Spokesperson for the Interior Ministry Faker Bouzghaya said.
The teams are made up of fifty staff members and officers of the special unit, six doctors and four search dogs.
Advanced life detector devices and drones wil be used. A field hospital will also be dispatched to contribute to relief efforts.
The 7.2-magnitude earthquake claimed 820 lives; 672 people sustained injuries, updated Moroccan interior ministry figures show.
