8 people have died and 62 injured in a fatal road accident in the early hours of Wednesday September 4 at the Dschang cliff in the West Region.The accident according to sources, involved a 70-seater interurban transport bus belonging to Avenir Voyage from Foumbot in the West to Douala ended up in a gully.Eyewitnesses say the accident occurred due the the driver's recklessness.'The driver had a flat tire and was asked to slow down but he did not obey. Since Bafoussam he was driving recklessly until the tire got flat here.'
