Post: Burkina Ministry of Foreign Affairs Reports 60.63% Implementation of Performance Targets


Ouagadougou: The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Karamoko Jean-Marie Traor©, announced on Thursday afternoon that the Ministry achieved a 60.63% completion rate of its performance contract by June 30, 2025. This announcement followed an evaluation conducted by the Prime Minister.



According to Burkina Information Agency, the contract is structured around four significant objectives. The first objective, which focuses on contributing to the strengthening of defense and security in the territory, achieved a completion rate of 70.22%. The second objective, related to consolidating Burkina Faso’s influence and cooperation matters, registered a 57.23% completion rate.



Minister Traor© also noted that the objective aimed at improving diaspora management, along with addressing migration and refugee issues, reached a 63.27% achievement rate. Lastly, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs attained a 100% implementation rate in improving ethics and professional conduct, as specified by Minister Traor©.
