Ouagadougou: The Stallions A' left Ouagadougou on Wednesday for Dar Es Salaam (Tanzania) to take part in the 8th African Nations Championship (CHAN 2024) co-organized by three countries, announced the Burkinabe Football Federation (FBF).
According to Burkina Information Agency, before their flight to Tanzania, the A' Stallions received warm encouragement from the President of the FBF at Ouagadougou International Airport. The FBF's communications department highlighted this significant gesture as a move to boost the team's morale just hours before they face a major challenge.
The Burkinabe team is set to play the opening match of the competition on August 2nd against Tanzania, which is one of the three host countries for the tournament.
