Education Ministry launches online educational platform ‘Future Tunisia School ‘


The Education Ministry, Wednesday, launched the education online platform «Future Tunisia School» for students, parents and employees of the ministry, particularly teachers, inspectors and administrators. The initiative is meant to digitize school services and improve the quality of the education system.

Education Minister, Mohammed Ali Boughdiri, underscored that the goal of the platform is to keep up with the world’s digital transformation and help students and their parents to benefit from ongoing digital monitoring so as to ensure transparency and the quality of teaching.

The minister explained that the digital platform is available in Arabic and French on www.tarbia.tn and directs the browser to four spaces: a «Madrasati» space for primary schools, a dedicated space for middle schools and «Maahadi» high schools, a service space for Education staff and one for reporting violence in the school environment.

Speaking to journalists, on the launch of the digital platform at the National Center for Technol
ogies in Education (CNTE), the minister pointed out that this platform seeks to promote the digitalization of educational programmes while taking into consideration the old teaching methods.

3,307 schools are connected to high-speed fiber optic internet network.
