Post: Head of State Conducts On-Site Assessment in Rades and El Argoub Following Heavy Rainfall

Rad¨s: President Kais Saied visited the city of Rad¨s in the Ben Arous governorate on Tuesday morning to assess conditions following heavy rainfall. During his visit, he engaged with citizens to understand their concerns, particularly those related to infrastructure.

According to Agence Tunis Afrique Presse, the President inspected the water level of the wadi in Rades Melliane, confirming that it remained within its normal range. He proceeded to El-Argoub village in Grombalia, Nabeul governorate, which experienced a record rainfall of 181 mm. There, he reviewed the ongoing road-clearing operations and the assistance being provided to citizens.

Later, President Saied traveled to Hammamet, where he met with local residents, listened to their concerns, and inspected the situation in the city amidst the continuing exceptional rainfall.
