Fourteen smugglers of irregular migrants, facing judicial and security charges, had been arrested in Sfax and Kerkennah over the last 48 hours, said the spokesperson for the National Guard.
Security units foiled five attempts to irregular migration and seized a sum of money in foreign currency and Tunisian dinars, he added.
