Tunis: Minister of Justice Leila Jaffel on Friday pointed out during a meeting with Union of Tunisian Judges President Aymen Chtiba, the department's willingness to interact positively with constructive ideas and visions likely to promote the judicial system and improve its performance.The interaction is part of the process of establishing participatory working mechanisms in the various projects and issues affecting the judicial system, in keeping with the expectations of litigants and the aspirations of those involved in the judicial sector, Jaffel said, according to a Justice Ministry press release.The two delegations discussed the need to monitor programmes to modernise the judicial sector and make progress in implementing the digitisation programme, in order to further improve working conditions in the courts and enhance the efficiency of the judicial system.Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
