Post: Koubri Commune: Catholic Youth Clean Up the Tansablogo CSPS

Koubri: The Basic Christian Community (CCB) of Tansablogo, in collaboration with the Valiant Hearts, Valiant Souls (CVAV), organized a health day on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at the Health and Social Promotion Center (CSPS) of Tansablogo. This village is located approximately thirty kilometers from Koubri's departmental capital.

According to Burkina Information Agency, participants, including young people and volunteers, gathered early in the morning armed with hoes, machetes, rakes, brooms, and mops to spruce up the health establishment. The event, marked by an atmosphere of camaraderie, involved cleaning the aisles, various rooms, toilets, and green spaces.

The initiative extended beyond sanitation as the organizers also provided gloves and work equipment to healthcare workers. A CCB spokesperson noted that maintaining a clean environment and supplying equipment enhances care conditions and boosts patient confidence.

The head nurse expressed appreciation for this civic and spiritual initiative, stating it not only improves hygiene but also encourages greater community involvement in public health. Several participants highlighted the action as a demonstration of local populations' commitment to supporting health structures with limited resources.
