The number of travellers entering Tunisia through land border crossings increased by 105% from June 1 to August 27, compared to the same period last year, according to data released by the Ministry of Transport on Monday.
The number of passengers reached approximately 3,297,914, i.e. 1,796,474 arrivals and 1,501,440 departures.
The Ras Jedir border crossing recorded the highest number of passengers with 860,526, followed by the Melloula border crossing with 607,608.
