And this is very expensive for us,' underlined Mr. Zango.The vice-president of the special delegation of the municipality of Titao, Oumarou Dialla, thanked Coopel for its efforts and invited the population to regularly pay their bills so that the structure can continue to supply the city.'We came to salute the work of Coopel. We hope that the actions to reconquer the national territory will bear fruit and that the city will soon be opened up.
