Mali: an agreement was signed with Glavkosmos, a subsidiary of the Russian space agency, to obtain satellite data


Following the deadly jihadist attacks in Bamako, the head of the Malian junta, Assimi Goïta, brought together senior military officials to adjust the country’s security strategy. According to L’Opinion, an agreement was signed with Glavkosmos, a subsidiary of the Russian space agency Roscosmos, to obtain satellite data, thus complementing the use of TB2 drones already deployed, but requiring better prior intelligence.
