Nairobi: Principal Secretary (PS) for the State Department for ICT and the Digital Economy, Eng. John Tanui, and Principal Secretary (PS) for Broadcasting and Telecommunications, Stephen Isaboke, were present to oversee the 2025/2026 Ministerial Performance Contracting vetting exercise.
