Tunisian tennis player Moez Echargui, world’s 310th, qualified for the semi-finals of the Modena Challenger clay-court tournament in Italy, after defeating world’ 241st French Térence Atmane 2-1 (7-6, 4- 6 and 6-2).

In the past two rounds, Echargui eliminated world’s 273rd American Oliver Crawford 2-0 (6-4, 7-5) and Brazilian Tiago Monteiro (world’s 96th) with a score of 2-1 (3-6, 6-1, 6-2).

Moez Echargui will play at the semi-finals the winner of the match confrontation that will bring together world’s 442nd Italian Gianmarco Ferrari and American Emilio Nava (world’s 210th).
