Buea City Drivers staged a remarkable comeback to defeat Long Street FC 3-2, overcoming an early 1-0 deficit.The tournament, aimed at boosting voter registration, promoting social cohesion, and showcasing local talent was described as a resounding success. In addition to 1 million francs CFA awarded to the winners, and 500,000 franc CFA for the runners-up, other prizes during the event brought the total cash prize to over 2 million francs CFA.Honorable Malomba Esembe was applauded for his role in fostering the youth agenda, living together, and coexistence by spectators from across the constituency.Hard-hit conflict areas like Muea and Tole also participated in the debut initiative. Young persons confessed the comp etition had significantly fostered peace, tolerance, living together, and camaraderie.
