Soum: The official launch of the free distribution of impregnated mosquito nets has commenced, marking the beginning of distribution efforts across all municipalities, with a focus on Djibo, Arbinda, and Kelbo. During the launch ceremony, the High Commissioner highlighted the initiative's goal: to provide every household with mosquito nets at no cost.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the High Commissioner emphasized the importance of these mosquito nets in combating malaria, a disease responsible for numerous deaths in Burkina Faso. He urged the population to use the mosquito nets rigorously and daily, underscoring their critical role in reducing the incidence of malaria.
