This MoU was signed by Othman Jerandi, former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, and Martine Biron, Quebec’s Minister of International Relations and the Francophonie, on the sidelines of the 18th Summit of the Francophonie, held in Djerba on November 18 and 19, 2022.
