Tunis: The prize for the Best Woman's Scientific Research 2024 was awarded by the Ministry of Family, Women, Children and the Elderly to Sonia Jemli for her research on «valorizing potato peel waste for the production of cyclodextrins and the manufacture of materials absorbing harmful pollutants for effective water treatment.»The decision to award the 2024 Best Scientific Research Prize was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia No. 90 dated July 19, 2024.The researcher will receive a financial grant amounting to 15,000 dinars, charged to the budget of the Ministry of Family, Women, Children and the Elderly.Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
