Separatist fighters who identified themselves as members of Fako Black Tar killed a bike rider they caught on early Monday, September 2, 2024, in Mile 16 Bolifamba, a popular vicinity in Buea subdivision, South West region. 'This is the 2nd September, the car your children found in Mile 16 Bolifamba,' a man filming said. 'Fako Black Tar, Fako Black Tar,' he continued. From a distance, a taxi is seen on fire, while heavily armed men move around. CNA saw a picture where a man said to be a bike rider is seen lying dead with bullet wounds. Every Monday has been declared ghost town day but before now, there have been new instructions from one of the Separatist factions for fighters to set Yellow Taxis on fire.
