Kenyan social commerce platform Chpter has raised $1.2 million in a pre-seed round led by Cellulant co-founder Ken Njoroge. The funding, backed by Plesion Capital, Techstars, Norrsken, Renew Capital, ViKtoria Ventures, and investors including NALA's Benjamin Fernandes, will go toward product development and sales and marketing.Founded in 2021, Chpter automates sales on WhatsApp and Instagram.
