Post: Three tourists, one Kenyan die in Narok road crash

Three foreign tourists and one Kenyan died on the spot Monday after the vehicle they were travelling in was involved in a road accident in the Katakala area, along the Narok-Bomet highway.Narok County Police Commander Riko Ngare said the accident involved a land cruiser vehicle belonging to Dolloky Magnifiques Tours Safaris that collided head-on with a Shacman company trailer.According to police reports, the driver of the Land Cruiser, who was driving towards the Bomet, overtook carelessly, thereby colliding head-on with the trailer.Consequently, all four unknown occupants of the tourist vehicle died on the spot, while the driver of the trailer sustained slight injuries on both legs.The two ill-fated vehicles landed on the left side of the road, and the Land Cruiser was extensively damaged.The bodies of the deceased were taken to the Narok County Referral Hospital mortuary for preservation while awaiting autopsy.Source : Kenya News Agency
