Tourism revenues in Tunisia continue to grow, reaching 5.4 billion dinars (approximately 1.67 billion euros) by September 20, 2024, an increase of 7.44% compared to 2023. At the same time, transfers from Tunisians living abroad also increased by 3.16%, totaling 5.79 billion dinars (approximately 1.78 billion euros). Together, these two sources of income exceed 11 billion dinars (approximately 3.45 billion euros), demonstrating favorable economic dynamics according to the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT).Source: Africa News Agency
