Africa is demanding two permanent member seats on the United Nations Security Council after the reform of this body. This is what the President of Sierra Leone, Julius Maada Bio, declared this Monday during a meeting of the Security Council in New York. This is the theme of increasing Africa's representation in the Security Council.'Africa has clearly and convincingly articulated a vision and outlined a model for reform that would ensure equitable representation and meaningful participation of the continent in the United Nations Security Council.
