We are in a long-distance race,' he maintained.According to him, resources being a little scarce , it is appropriate to provide combatants with everything they need to track down the enemy.The Minister of State noted that his ministry is 'atypical' and 'specific', because according to him, it must combine forecasts and the conduct of actions on the ground.'Even if we carry out a program, it can happen that in the conduct, we are given instructions and we have to readjust, and that is what happened for this first semester,' he continued.Brigadier General Coulibaly also noted that what was to be proposed in April underwent modifications in May and June.He also noted that the main thing for his department is to ensure that it is on the right line in the fight against terrorism.Source: Burkina Information Agency
