The Minister in charge of Education, Jacques Sosthène Dingara, welcomed Thursday in Ouagadougou the action of all stakeholders which made it possible to achieve 65% of the objectives assigned to his department.'Halfway through, we can say that we have achieved a rate of around 65%.
