He has used his new movie 'When The Levees Broke' as a medium to pass the message.During a press conference on Thursday, August 1, organized ahead of the premiere of the movie in Douala, scheduled for August 3, he said 'it is time to change Africa'.'We have everything, but why should we be the poorest?'Musing's intent to convey the appropriate emotions and message in the 1 hour 30 minute-movie, necessitated the presence of a solid actor to play the key role.
