Candidates for the next local elections (December 24), Ahmed Lahoueg and Ahmed Gara Ali, in the constituencies of «Jardins» and «Neapolis» (delegation of Nabeul-downtown,) are continuing their electoral campaigns and interacting with citizens.28-year old candidate Ahmed Lahoueg, an employee in a private company, told TAP that he will work on upgrading the region's infrastructure and public services, supporting initiatives launched by young people and artisans as well as consolidating the health and transport sectors.31-year old candidate Ahmed Gara Ali, a lawyer and a civil society activist, also promised to develop the region's infrastructure and launch projects which would reduce unemployment in the area.He also pledged to set up a dispensary, promote sanitation infrastructure in the region and create a leisure park for families .The two candidates in the «Les Jardins» constituency are vying for a seat in the next local council, while the three other candidates are in the race to access to the counc il in the «Neaopolis» constituency (delegation of Nabeul- City) made up of six electoral districts.
