Tunis: The Health Ministry is keen to keep up with new developments in genotyping, genetic disease detection and early cancer detection, said Health Minister Ali Mrabet at a wroking session held Tuesday to discuss the setting up a National Human Genomics Laboratory in Tunisia.This working session was dedicated to the developmen of an action plan for setting up this laboratory, reads a ministry press release.Mrabet called on all stakeholders to further coordinate and work towards accelerating the setting up of this laboratory as it will contribute to improving the quality of health services for citizens.Source: Agence Tunis Afrique Presse
