Post: Koulse Patriotic Immersion Program Concludes with 1,391 Young Patriots Prepared for Future Challenges

Kaya: The closing ceremony of the mandatory patriotic immersion program in the Koulse region was held at the Kaya parade square. The event, chaired by Colonel-Major Z. Blaise Ouedraogo, Governor of the region, assembled administrative, military, and paramilitary authorities, along with parents and the young participants.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony was a celebration of the participants' achievements, featuring speeches, a first aid demonstration, a symbolic presentation of certificates, and a parade. Governor Ouedraogo addressed the young graduates, emphasizing that while their immersion officially ends, their mission as aware citizens begins. He encouraged them to be ambassadors of patriotic values and to contribute to the fight against terrorism.

Colonel-Major Ouedraogo highlighted the participants' adaptability and their role in promoting discipline and resilience. He praised the commitment of the stakeholders involved in making the thirty-day program successful. Natewende Achille Ouedraogo, representing the participants, expressed gratitude to the President of Faso and the supervisors for their support.

Janvier Zougmore, spokesperson for the supervisors, noted that the participants received education on Burkina Faso's history, civics, ethics, environmental protection, and first aid. The head of the educational support department emphasized the cultivation of work, discipline, solidarity, and integrity among the participants.

The ceremony ended with a parade in heavy rain, as the young patriots marched proudly before their families and authorities, marking the conclusion of their patriotic immersion journey.
